  • With proprietary formulation for maximum safety margin welding crack repairs on thick section parts of low alloy or air-hardenable steels.<\/li>\n
  • Also developed for safe, reliable joints between ferrous & non-ferrous metals in dissimilar combinations eg. carbon \/ high alloy \/ stainless steels, various nickel & copper based alloys.<\/li>\n
  • Reliable weld metallurgical properties retained from cryogenic to refractory temperatures<\/li>\n
  • Unique plastic ductility properties minimise harmful residual stresses and distortion<\/li>\n
  • Exceptional resistance to fatigue cracks caused by stress raisers or thermal cycles<\/li>\n
  • Coefficient of thermal expansion similar to steel reduces welding stresses<\/li>\n
  • Maximum resistance to hydrogen induced cold cracking defects<\/li>\n
  • Highest dilution tolerance for Fe, Cr, Ni, Mn, C, Cu<\/li>\n
  • Thermal shocks do not embrittle the weld deposit structure<\/li>\n
